Key project milestones, such as Tests on Completion results, Taking-Over Certificates and Defects Notification Period outcomes, are recorded as signed entries in an append-only, tamper-evident ledger. Each entry is confirmed by the parties involved and cannot be silently edited or deleted afterwards.
Companies do not simply sign up. Every contractor and manufacturer passes Desmana's verification before being listed, so the registry contains only companies whose track record has been checked.
A verified profile is not just a badge. Employers come to Desmana to find contractors and equipment suppliers for their water supply and wastewater projects, so verification connects companies directly to new demand.

How it works
Apply and pass verification. Contractors and equipment manufacturers apply for admission to the platform. Before a company is listed, Desmana's specialists verify it: production capabilities, completed projects and market track record are checked against documents and counterparty confirmations. Only verified companies enter the registry.
Register a project. The employer creates the project record: scope of work, contract form and the parties involved.
Record and confirm milestones. As the project progresses, key events are added as signed entries: Tests on Completion, Taking-Over Certificate, completion of the Defects Notification Period. Each entry is confirmed by the counterparty, turning a claim into a verified fact.
Share a verified history. In prequalification and tenders, the contractor shares a profile of verified project records instead of a folder of scanned letters.
